Bloodwood Wines Corona Virus Protocols

In response to the continuing challenge of the COVID-19 Corona Virus, Rhonda and I would like to let everyone who has an appointment to visit Bloodwood Winery Cellar Door know that mutual protection from this disease is integral to every Bloodwood cellar door visit.

Although it is no longer necessary for Steve to use his special infrared temperature sensor to check for traces of nuts as you enter the cellar door, we currently require that you be fully vaccinated against Covid 19.

Before being allowed in to the cellar door Steve will use his special infrared temperature sensor to check for traces of nuts.

Regular cellar door guests will already know we have always had rigorous health and hygiene practices, however we have introduced additional industry recommended procedures to do our part in combating what is a difficult ongoing situation for all of us.

Tastings will be conducted for groups of 6 or less per appointment. (N.B. No pets or children will be admitted to the tasting room.) Rhonda and I will continue to practice even more social distancing than usual and we will be regularly sanitising the tasting table as required across the day. If the weather permits, the entry and verandah doors will be open for cross-ventilation.

We are continuing to monitor Covid 19 health advice and will follow all recommendations until the situation changes. We require that you defer visiting the Bloodwood Cellar Door if you are showing any flu -like symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with the virus.

For more information on assessing any symptoms, please visit https://www.health.gov.au/sites/default/files/documents/2020/04/coronavirus-covid-19-identifying-the-symptoms.pdf

Thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult period.
